Our standard shipping is handled by Posten Norge and Bring, including EMS for reliable international delivery. For customers who require faster arrival, we provide Express Shipping options through world-class carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. You can select your preferred shipping method and view real-time rates at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Processing and Tracking Orders placed before 14:00 CET are processed the same day. Standard delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days within Norway and 5 to 14 business days for international destinations. Express shipping significantly reduces these wait times depending on the carrier selected. Most packages include comprehensive GPS tracking, allowing you to monitor your shipment's journey. You will receive an SMS or email notification with a tracking code as soon as your package is dispatched or arrives at its destination.

Customs and Import Duties For customers located within the European Union and Norway, VAT is generally included in the purchase price. For orders shipped to regions outside these zones, such as the United States, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by national authorities. Uncollected Orders If a package is not collected from your local post office or pickup point and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of approximately 349 NOK, 35 EUR, or 40 USD. This fee covers international return shipping and administrative expenses. Please note that uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. To cancel a purchase, you must first receive the package and then return it according to our standard policy.
